Grooming People for Better Livelihood Centre
Building a platform that communicates development impact
ngoA story-led corporate platform connecting a development NGO to the donors and partners who fund their work.
The challenge
Grooming Centre's website organised content around internal programme structures rather than the needs of their external audiences. Donors, community partners, and government bodies couldn't quickly understand the organisation's reach, impact, or how to engage with its work.
Our approach
We mapped three primary user groups — donors, programme partners, and community members — and identified the distinct questions each brings to the site. From there we redesigned the information architecture from the outside in.
What we built
A fully responsive corporate platform with a story-led homepage, programme pages organised by theme rather than department, a CMS-powered blog, an interactive loan calculator, and a structured impact data section.
The result
The platform established a clear, audience-first digital presence that improved content discoverability and created user journeys that convert visitors into engaged donors and partners. The communications team now manage all content without developer involvement.
August Deep Technologies didn't just build us a website — they built us a communications platform that reflects the scale of our work.
